We’re inviting proposals from a researcher to work with British Council Tunisia and The British Embassy to research the arts and creative industries in Tunisia and advise on potential activity as part of the GREAT Campaign.
About the Call
The British Council and the British Embassy are working together under the banner of Creativity is GREAT to engage with the Tunisian creative, educational and business sectors through a series of events to highlight the UK’s strengths in creative endeavour and to explore opportunities for the further development of partnerships with Tunisian organisations and institutions. There will be focus on digital creativity and innovation but this will not be exclusive. The programme will be delivered by the British Council in Tunisia in close coordination with the British Embassy.
The researcher will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of the Creativity is GREAT concept and will:
Build a brief but comprehensive snapshot of the creative and cultural landscape in Tunisia
- Present recommendations for events and engagement responding to themes and opportunities highlighted in the research
- Highlight opportunities for capacity building and skills whilst linking best practice and expertise from partners in the UK
