The British Council in Tunisia and the North African Policy Initiative (NAPI) invites young leaders to apply for its Young Policy Leaders (YPL) training programme which will be launched in Tunisia in March 2020 and will last for 6 months.
We expect those young leaders to:
- Attend a 3-day training in Tunisia from 30 March - 02 April 2020
- Submit a policy paper around the SDGs within a period of 6 months
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure that the policy briefing paper is representative of their views
- Commit to following up and seeking advice of assigned mentors
- Keep track of Young Mediterranean Voices debates and activities to capture content and ensure its representation in the policy paper
- Show full commitment throughout the Young Policy Leaders (YPL) cycle of activities
- Prepare a policy dialogue session to present and discuss the results of the policy paper during the Young Mediterranean Voices National Debate Forum
